Be a recognised Smartsheet expert and develop deep Smartsheet knowledge relevance (workflow definition, solution design). Partner with Commercial Account Executives to deliver technical demonstrations of the Smartsheet SaaS platform, Integrations, and Add-Ons. Collaborate with existing Solutions Engineers in the design of creative solutions to customer requirements using Smartsheet. Identify, build, and demonstrate Smartsheet solutions that solve specific customer problems. Develop strong relationships with sales teams to drive successful sales engagements, this could include providing daily product/technical support to cross-functional partners. Provide support for preparing technical responses to prospect questions. You will also travel to enterprise customer sites periodically, serving as a technical subject matter expert to the sales team. Support marketing related events periodically, traveling onsite to represent Smartsheet, demonstrate the platform and connect with customers or prospects.
