Your Challenge:
- Works closely with the Business Development and Sales Teams to win new opportunities.
- Establishes contracts and commercial strategy for major bids and contracts.
- Leads on the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial terms and conditions on complex agreements with key customers to deliver the Business Strategy, including negotiation of flow-down terms to key suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Directs a team of experts and senior managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of the assigned areas.
- Provides contractual, negotiation and commercial business guidance to business unit leaders, sales and marketing staff, program managers and senior management.
- Provides career development and training opportunites for contracts professionals and business generally.
What You Bring:
- Training in contract law with Management experience, excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and collaboration, and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record in international contracting and negotiation of complex contracts structured to meet corporate objectives
- Strong oral and written communication skills with proficiency using MS Office
