Offboarding Manager - EMEA

Offboarding Manager responsible for managing employee offboarding processes on behalf of our global clients. In this role, you will ensure a seamless, compliant, and professional offboarding experience for departing employees while safeguarding our clients' interests and maintaining compliance with local labor laws. You will manage the end-to-end offboarding process for employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions and collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information to initiate offboarding procedures. It is important to ensure all offboarding activities adhere to local labor laws and EOR-specific regulations.
