Senior Technical Recruiter

The Job Sauce is seeking a discerning, relationship-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to lead searches for Staff- and Director-level engineers with warmth, clarity, and confidence. You’ll work directly with founders and hiring managers, guiding candidates from first conversation to offer; all while partnering with a dedicated sourcing team to fill the top of the funnel. They need someone who can build trust quickly, navigate ambiguity, and run a tight, high-touch process with both candidates and clients. Responsibilities include working directly with hiring managers, leading intake calls, partnering with the sourcing team, owning candidate experience, and managing offer delivery with precision.
