Your key responsibilities include optimizing logistics applications, representing the business in refining IT solutions as part of a scrum team, analyzing and resolving system/process issues (including identifying root causes), creating and performing test cases, maintaining and expanding knowledge of logistics systems, documenting logistics flows, recommending improvements to logistics processes, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
