Corti is improving healthcare by building AI to support clinicians. As a Senior Technical Support Analyst, you’ll be the expert on Corti’s APIs, aiding partners and customers in seamless integration and championing product feedback. You will act as the primary contact for API-related inquiries, helping external teams troubleshoot and implement Corti’s APIs through email, video calls, and support platforms. The role involves collaborating with Engineering and Product to relay feedback, contributing to documentation, and debugging issues using logs and code samples. Continuous learning about Corti’s product and API capabilities is crucial, as is taking ownership of support processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
