Principal Senior Software Engineer

Software Engineering Management:

-Manages the software engineering process, ensuring efficient and effective software development.

-Reviews and analyzes system specifications, interfaces, and requirements to prepare programming specifications.

-Analyzes existing systems for reusability and needed changes.

Solution Architecture & Development:

-Architects, develops, and implements complex software solutions meeting performance and security standards.

-Works closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and DevSecOps personnel.

-Integrates solutions with enterprise identity and access management systems.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

-Provides strategic technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.

-Evaluates emerging technologies and contributes to continuous process improvements.

-Leads complex technical initiatives and influences stakeholders at all levels.
