Job Description

This role involves providing sales leadership with technical support throughout the sales process. As a thought leader and trusted advisor to MNOs Technical Managers, the Director will document complete solutions (RAN & others) to highlight the benefits of Parallel Wireless products. They will stay updated on industry trends through self-study and training, acting as a regional subject matter expert for product offerings. The role requires effectively communicating customer requirements to development and support teams, developing technical sales material, and supporting sales and marketing targets in the region and globally. Maintaining strong relationships with key technical stakeholders at existing and new MNOs is crucial, with up to 30% travel to meet clients in the region.
