Delivery Implementation Manager

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Implementations professional to join our Delivery Solutions team. The Delivery Implementations team plays a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery for our clients by overseeing the onboarding, integration, and operational readiness of new merchants and partners. This role bridges commercial commitments with operational execution, ensuring what was promised is delivered—on time, with quality, and in alignment with regulatory and technical requirements. You will work closely with multiple areas of the organization, including Sales, Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering. Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment are key to success in this role. Own end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. Ensure go-live checklist completion, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring all approvals are obtained within required timelines. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during implementation phases. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to deliver tailored solutions to clients, following through on exceptions and escalation channels.
