Core Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns and annual financial statements in compliance with Swedish regulations.
- Lead and coach junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in day-to-day accounting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior accounting role with strong knowledge of Swedish accounting standards (K2/K3) and VAT.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to work both operationally and strategically, from detailed reconciliations to advising on accounting implications.
