Responsibilities and Objectives:

  • Understand and execute market strategy, working independently and coordinating globally.
  • Implement a process to maintain current CRM data as the foundation for sales activity.
  • Identify revenue drivers through machine makers by defining personas and building relationships.

Sales Execution and Coordination:

  • Create quick-mold-change options with drawings, pricelists, and packages aligned with machine-builds.
  • Travel onsite to present solutions, analyze needs, and use Strategic Selling with end-users.
  • Coordinate joint visits, share leads, and work with marketing to create overviews and demos.

Planning and Reporting:

  • Create an annual budget roadmap updated quarterly to achieve targets.
  • Prepare monthly reports and present machine-maker overviews at sales meetings.
  • Develop weekly call plans based on offers, opportunities, and prospecting for consistent visits.
  • Participate in team calls, meetings, workshops, exhibitions, and conferences actively.
