Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Understand and execute market strategy, working independently and coordinating globally.
- Implement a process to maintain current CRM data as the foundation for sales activity.
- Identify revenue drivers through machine makers by defining personas and building relationships.
Sales Execution and Coordination:
- Create quick-mold-change options with drawings, pricelists, and packages aligned with machine-builds.
- Travel onsite to present solutions, analyze needs, and use Strategic Selling with end-users.
- Coordinate joint visits, share leads, and work with marketing to create overviews and demos.
Planning and Reporting:
- Create an annual budget roadmap updated quarterly to achieve targets.
- Prepare monthly reports and present machine-maker overviews at sales meetings.
- Develop weekly call plans based on offers, opportunities, and prospecting for consistent visits.
- Participate in team calls, meetings, workshops, exhibitions, and conferences actively.
