Job Description

You will be a strategic technical consultant and team lead providing expert guidance on connectivity solutions for consumer credit products. Use deep technical knowledge to support clients, mentor team members, and guide excellence across technical service engagements. You will report to the Director of Business Implementation. Main Responsibilities: Manage strategic client accounts and advise on connectivity options (VPN, circuits, APIs, Connect:Direct). Be a technical liaison, aligning client needs with Experian capabilities and recommending solutions. Maintain expertise in consumer credit products, network configurations, and systems. Lead technical coordination for client installations, migrations, and system changes. Facilitate technical calls, ensuring readiness, tracking, and execution. Oversee client testing, decommissioning, and respond to inquiries on data formats and application usage. Mentor TSSR team members and train new hires to enhance team performance. Manage team operations including workload balancing and coverage. Contribute to process improvements and service evolution. Represent the team in leadership meetings and deliver client presentations and training. Develop technical bulletins and maintain the Experian Technical Manual.
