What You’ll Do:
- Build and evolve Customer.io's SDKs across platforms including Android, iOS, Node, and Go.
- Lead SDK initiatives end to end, from setting technical direction to managing releases.
- Improve SDK delivery infrastructure, including CI, automated testing, versioning, and publishing.
What We're Looking For:
- Expert-level competency in at least one programming language with strong API design fundamentals.
- Exceptional fluency with current LLMs and agentic coding tools, using AI to understand codebases.
- High autonomy in ambiguous environments, clarifying problems and driving implementation without close direction.
