Own the full billing lifecycleβfrom setting up customer subscriptions to issuing invoices and reconciling payments. Monitor the billing queue and respond to internal and external inquiries with clarity and urgency. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Support teams to maintain customer subscription plans. Oversee collections efforts with professionalism and consistency, ensuring healthy accounts receivable and minimal bad debt. Identify and drive improvements in our billing systems and processes. Support the accurate application of sales tax across jurisdictions and ensure compliance using tools such as Avalara.
