Job Description

In close partnership with underwriting and HDVI’s agency partners, you will champion profitable growth for HDVI. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of business development and agency management for a territory. This includes appointing, training, and partnering with new and existing agents to drive submission growth and production.  The ideal candidate will travel as needed to work with agency partners, up to around 25-40% of the time. You'll partner closely with agencies in your territory to drive quality submissions and production. Support your Sales/Submission funnel to drive quality submissions through each step of the underwriting process. Set goals for each agency in your territory and help them achieve their goals. You'll also vet new potential agency partners that help support HDVI’s profitable growth goals. You'll collaborate with the underwriting and product teams and provide input to the software product development team.
