What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for legal questions across the company.
- Own the contracting function end to end.
- Build and own the infrastructure that keeps Legal running.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one US state.
- 4-7 years of transactional legal experience, with a meaningful focus on commercial contracts.
- Strong working knowledge of SaaS and data licensing.
Bonus points:
- Hands-on experience with Ironclad or another CLM platform.
- Experience with managed care, payer/provider/employer relations, data commercialization, or consumer payments.
