We're hiring an exceptional Recruiting Ops Contractor to overhaul and optimize our recruiting systems. This is a high-impact operator role: get in, fix, and scale. You'll build reporting, dashboards, and workflows that give us speed and clarity in Ashby. Design processes that move 10x faster than legacy recruiting. Build repeatable, scalable workflows across sourcing, scheduling, and tracking. You will also enable Recruiters, equipping the team with tools and playbooks to execute at speed.
