- Builds productivity tools for Support reps.
- Collaborates with AI-powered recommendation engine teams.
The role:
- Owns key product areas within Jobber’s go-to-market (GTM) platform.
- Reimagines how self-service and AI resolves support inquiries.
- Works with Engineering, Design, and GTM stakeholders on a roadmap.
