Marqeta is looking for talented Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of our company's Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will shape our Salesforce landscape and have a profound impact on our Go-To-Market, Customer Support, and other operational teams, creating visible and transformative changes across our organization. The system's complexity, coupled with numerous integrations with other systems and data repositories, necessitates the expertise of a dedicated Salesforce Architect. The Salesforce Architect will play a crucial role in unlocking the untapped potential of Salesforce, improving our ROI, and enhancing productivity across teams. This role will enable us to provide superior customer service and close deals faster, making a significant impact on our overall business performance. The Impact You'll Have: Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, workflows, triggers, data structures, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and user manuals. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team. Ensure the security, quality, and performance of Salesforce solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and recommend their use when appropriate.
