Job Description

In this remote role, you will concentrate on compliance aspects related to in-house IT systems and processes based in Lithuania. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring PSI adheres to standards, industry requirements, and internal policies through meticulous document management. Primary tasks include creating, updating, and processing essential IT documentation such as change controls, risk assessments, computer system inventories, validation protocols, and disaster recovery plans. You'll also generate and provide IT documentation for both internal and external audits, actively participate in IT interviews during these audits, and provide detailed answers to IT-related inquiries from sponsors and during the review of client and vendor agreements. A key aspect of the position is to follow up on the resolution of any audit findings related to IT compliance, ensuring that all issues are addressed effectively and efficiently. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting the development and updating of IT-related documents, participating in the development of departmental Quality System Documents (QSDs), and monitoring compliance with PSI QSDs, relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Regular risk assessments will be conducted to identify potential vulnerabilities in IT systems and processes, ensuring proactive measures are taken to mitigate these risks.
