Senior Specialist, Information Systems

About the role:

• Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of enterprise systems and integrations to improve reliability, data quality, and usability.
• Partner with product, engineering, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, documenting designs and impact.
• Drive complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across applications, integrations, and data flows, implementing corrective actions.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in information systems, enterprise applications, or a related technology role supporting business-critical platforms.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver system changes from concept through implementation.
