Knowledge Operations Lead

About the role:

• You will build and operate n8n's shared context infrastructure, the 'company brain' that enables people and AI agents to access accurate, well-governed knowledge.
• This role sits at the intersection of information architecture, knowledge systems, and internal enablement.

What you'll do:

• Design the taxonomy, contributor guidelines, and templates that structure company knowledge for reuse.
• Onboard functions and train champions to maintain high-quality context over time.
• Operate the context platform, managing integrations with Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion while partnering with IT, Security, and Legal.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in information architecture, content programs, or knowledge systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience configuring SaaS platforms and working with APIs.
• Strong stakeholder enablement and communication skills, plus comfort collaborating on governance.
