What you'll be working on:

Who we're looking for:
- Automate-first mindset using AI tools like Claude daily.
- 3+ years partnering with leadership on people initiatives.
- Fluent English, confident fixing inconsistencies directly.
Success in the role:
- Map current knowledge use and ship quick fixes in month one.
- Propose standards, pilot templates, and scope automations by month four.
- Own rollouts, measure impact, and run All Hands cycles.
