The Role:
- Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement of aged accounts receivable.
- Work closely with auto insurance carriers and attorneys on MVA and MVAL claims.
- Play a key part in advancing Upstream's mission and growth.
What You'll Do:
- Review unpaid accounts and take action to receive proper reimbursement.
- Ensure payments are appropriate and in full while meeting productivity benchmarks.
- Document actions, correct accounts, and identify trends for the team.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of revenue cycle experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
