Month-End and Year-End Close:
- You will assist with the timely and accurate monthly and annual close processes.
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and maintain GL integrity in accordance with US GAAP.
Tech Stack and GL Integrations:
- Oversee integrations across Stripe, Brex, Deel to ensure sub-ledger activities flow into the GL with transactional accuracy.
- Perform proper account coding and routine reconciliations.
Core Accounting Operations:
- Own accounts payable, corporate credit cards, and expense reimbursements.
- Work with the finance team on accounting policy implementation and maintain technical records.
Audit, Tax, and Compliance:
- Serve as a key contributor during annual external audits and tax filings.
- Support company compliance across local, state, and international regulatory authorities, including sales and use tax.
