Job Description

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for building relationships with existing customers from onboarding & implementation through to managing the entire customer journey and expanding and renewing contracts. New customer onboarding includes organizing and leading the customer kick-off, discovery calls and coordinating external and internal progress calls to managing expectations and preparing customer deliveries. It is important to build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their evolving needs and what drives success for them. Coordinate with the technical delivery lead to ensure feasible planning and execution. Work closely with the product team to inform the product roadmap, influencing the roadmap based on customer needs. This role involves renewing contracts and growing customer accounts, as well as participating in field visits with a driving license. The role requires empathy, excellent communication, strong project management, commercial thinking, and a collaborative spirit. Experience in startup environments working on complex enterprise solutions, 5+ years in a customer-facing role managing projects, commercial experience leading to business growth, and experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders are valued.
