Job Description
As a Fraud Solutions Leader, you will drive company-wide revenue performance for Fraud solutions. Maintaining a revenue forecast, you'll ensure a robust pipeline and participate in sales calls as a thought leader. This involves hiring and managing Solutions Specialists, developing a high-performing team by prioritizing development, and coaching sellers with a 'challenger mentality,' prompting them to engage early with new insights. You will serve as a trusted advisor to segment sales leadership, devising and executing go-to-market strategies, and identifying opportunities for improvement in Plaid’s structure and systems. A successful candidate will be an experienced Fraud business sales leader.
