Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) Lead

The Impact You’ll Have:

• Lead the development and maturation of the ERM framework, ensuring it aligns with industry standards such as COSO.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide risk workshops to identify emerging threats across technology, finance, operations, and other critical risk domains.
• Define and operationalize risk treatment program, including risk remediation and risk acceptance processes.

Who You Are:

• 5-8+ years of experience in risk, audit, or compliance roles, preferably within regulated and financial technology-centric environments.
• Deep understanding of modern GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms and experience integrating AI/automation into risk workflows.
• Ability to foster a proactive, risk-aware culture and influence critical cross functional stakeholders in decision making.
