Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for holistic ITSM projects: from analysis, design & implementation to rollout and optimization. You will support companies in the digital transformation of their IT & Enterprise Service processes. You will take on the role as Trusted Advisor for customer management and are the central contact person – internally & externally. As Engagement Manager, you are responsible for the success & budget of one or more customer projects. You lead workshops for process definition, reengineering & gap analysis. You identify optimization potentials in IT processes – including evaluation of the advantages, disadvantages & risks. You define ITSM/ITOM solutions based on ServiceNow and manage their technical & strategic implementation. You work with methods from Change Management, Scoping, RFPs, architecture design. You develop your own expertise further (e.g. through trainings & certifications). You actively give knowledge back to the team: mentoring, community, tools, best practices.
