Application Specialist

An application representative will assist new clients in creating a thorough application for their Social Security claim. This will include reviewing initial intake information and gathering income, work, medical, and any relevant information to provide Social Security with the proper data needed to make an accurate decision. Responsibilities include assisting potential clients, answering incoming calls, maintaining accuracy, retaining Social Security knowledge, and completing tasks. The role requires regular and punctual attendance. Candidates must have a high school diploma, be familiar with office equipment and software, have a reliable internet connection, and possess strong communication and active listening skills.
