Responsibilities include assisting potential clients, answering incoming calls, maintaining accuracy, retaining Social Security knowledge, and completing tasks. The role requires regular and punctual attendance.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be familiar with office equipment and software, have a reliable internet connection, and possess strong communication and active listening skills.
