Conduct phone interviews with prospective members, assess alignment with Base’s mission, and document detailed notes from each interview for review. Represent Base with professionalism and positivity. Minimum of 20 hours/week.

As a Provider Onboarding Associate, you'll join a diverse team and share a passion for expanding access to therapy. You will work directly with providers to ensure they are moving quickly and getting their needs addressed. You will collaborate with credentialing and provider acquisition to move providers efficiently to go live.
