• Perform manual functional testing across PC, web, and mobile platforms including dev, LiveOps, and regression testing.
• Report defects and quality concerns in real-time, following up with stakeholders until resolution.
• Create test plans, maintain documentation, and own feature testing to ensure high-quality global product releases.

• Coordinate with product managers, designers, and engineers to communicate release content and timelines.
• Troubleshoot build-related issues and escalate to engineering when necessary.
• Recommend and implement improvements to release workflows and tooling.

• Keep engineering projects organized and moving: track what's in flight, flag what's blocked, and help the team stay clear on what's next.
• Own quality: test what we build, use AI to automate the repetitive parts, and write Capybara tests where they're worth it.
• Run the bug pipeline: reproduce issues, prioritize them, route them to the right engineer, and confirm the fix.

• Take ownership of quality assurance within your squad, operating with minimal guidance and ensuring high testing standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert for your team’s domain, supporting regression testing and new feature development.
• Guide testing activities and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure the right solutions are delivered.
