About the Role:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Practice Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our virtual clinic.
- This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and family-centered experience across the patient journey from referral intake through billing support.
- You will work closely with clinical staff, revenue cycle, and leadership to execute core workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage referral intake, ensuring accurate entry into systems and reviewing documentation for completeness.
- Conduct patient outreach and support, serving as a primary bilingual contact via phone, email, and text.
- Verify insurance benefits and support prior authorization requests and patient collections processes.
Who You Are:
- You have 2+ years of experience in medical front office, referral coordination, or healthcare operations.
- You are bilingual in English and Spanish and are familiar with insurance workflows and EHR systems.
- You possess strong organizational skills, a patient-first mindset, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
