Job Responsibilities:
- Manage provider schedules, schedule appointments, and conduct wellness checks.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, obtain medical records, and submit referral authorizations.
- Coordinate lab orders, transportation, and document interactions in the EMR.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience entering referrals and prior authorizations.
- High School Diploma or GED, with preferred completion of a medical assistant program.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
