Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Office Manager, Healthcare Operations Manager, Clinicians, Medical Assistants, and internal team.
- Complete patient charting within working hours, ensuring same-day clean billing.
- Schedule telemedicine and follow-up appointments as required by clinicians.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical front office or healthcare setting.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
