Medical Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls via RingCentral and professionally market the practice to new inquiries to drive growth.
• Register new patients and guide them through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless entry into the practice.
• Promptly and warmly respond to emails and patient messages through the Spruce texting app.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English with a high level of clarity.
• Comfortable learning and using multiple digital tools, including EMR systems and communication platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prior experience in administrative support.
