Responsibilities include handling requests via email, phone, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex cases, requiring strong communication, financial skills, and a customer-first mindset. Daily tasks include responding to client requests, processing complaints, escalating issues in Jira, updating articles in Confluence, and verifying B2B clients through the ticketing system.
