Responsibilities:

  • Lead healthcare provider educational initiative within an Association-wide cross-functional initiative, developing and implementing educational activities focusing on alignment with goals.
  • Supervise and train Program Manager staff to drive educational deliverables on time, at specified cost, quality, and performance.
  • Perform project management duties including initiating, planning, coordinating, executing, documenting, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Continuing Medical Education.
  • Experience leading CME projects and in a supervisory capacity.
  • Project management experience with ability to plan and monitor projects from inception through completion.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Expected pay range $84,400 to $113,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
