Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues.
  • Manage the customer support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and systems integration.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
