Technical Training Review:
- Review and advise on technical training scripts, lesson plans, and Sequence Of Operation (SOOs).
- Review and validate technical training assessments.
- Ensure training content reflects Serverfarm’s vision.
Training Alignment & Standardization:
- Ensure technical training is aligned and standardized across Serverfarm sites.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Learning & Development teams.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated content.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience and strong understanding of a data center MEP technician role.
- Practical knowledge of operating critical infrastructure systems.
- Strong understanding of system design and industry best practice.
