Accounting Manager

About the Role:

• The Accounting Manager supports the Senior Accounting Manager by overseeing daily accounting operations.
• This role involves guiding a high-performing team and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• The position balances hands-on accounting work with team leadership and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Support management of the accounting team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes.
• Analyze financial statements and identify trends, variances, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong analytical responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or mentoring team members.
