TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP & EXECUTION OWNERSHIP:
- Drive reliable, high-quality delivery across sprints, ensuring the team meets expectations with predictable velocity and strong throughput.
- Implement and refine agile development practices to enable fast iteration and alignment across stakeholders.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of web developers (front-end and/or full-stack).
- Conduct regular 1:1s, career growth conversations, performance reviews, and succession planning.
COMPLIANCE, SECURITY & GOVERNANCE:
- Ensure all web properties adhere to security best practices, privacy requirements, accessibility standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Partner with internal Security and Privacy teams to ensure 1Password’s high standards are met for all web code, integrations, and frameworks.
