As Head of Engineering at CO:CREATE, you will lead a nimble, high-performing team through one of the most transformative years in our company’s history. You’ll be both player and coach — delivering a mobile-first 2-sided platform for artists and clients, serving as a cross-functional leader, and evolving our engineering culture to support growth and iteration at scale.

We employ postmortems to improve through failure. Our collaborative and blameless postmortem culture helps us feel safe, so we work together to understand problems, and build resilient systems. We organize postmortems across time zones to decide who should run a postmortem and apply blamelessness to root cause analysis.

Design software solutions as part of a cross-functional team, focusing on programming. Develop the product in cooperation with product management, utilizing modern technologies. Contribute ideas, think outside the box, and develop further fields of activity such as DevOps and QA on a B2B fitness platform.
