About the Role:
- Own fraud and AML strategy end-to-end across Rocket Money's Financial Products, starting with savings and expanding.
- Serve as AML Compliance Officer, working with legal and parent company teams.
- Report to VP of Financial Products & Partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally.
What You'll Do:
- Lead fraud prevention, detection, and response, setting long-term direction.
- Quantify guardrails, investigate anomalies, and translate data into action.
- Build and scale fraud and AML operations, policies, and incident response.
About You:
- 6+ years in fraud prevention with BSA/AML compliance for deposit or brokerage products at a fintech.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable defending thresholds with data.
- Exceptional communicator who thrives in ambiguity and ownership.
