Job Description
Administrative Support:
-Make hotel room reservations for senior leaders attending conferences and events
-Assist with coordinating travel logistics for senior leaders
-Maintain Outlook calendars, including creating and prioritizing appointments and travel
Event/Meeting Coordination:
-Collaborate with Business Development and external partners or vendors to coordinate shipping inventory to conferences and events
-Assist the Senior Director, Business Development in coordinating conference and event logistics
-Support pre-event planning, including internal team communications, booking catering, and scheduling internal prep meetings
Other Responsibilities:
-Interact with senior leaders and executives
-Submit monthly expense reporting
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Operations team
