Job Description:
- Hirevue is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to act like an owner and take proactive measures.
- The role involves working independently on projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly and quarterly expense variance analysis and close package compilation.
- Own headcount and expense forecasting for specific departments.
- Partner with functions for headcount and expense planning and maintain reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with 3-5 years of progressive experience.
- Adaptive Insights or equivalent experience preferred, along with SaaS industry experience.
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills, and excellent communication for executive-level partnering.
