What You'll Do:
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to provide financial advice and guide cross-functional conversations.
- Manage headcount planning, vendor spend, forecasting, and annual planning for R&D.
- Translate financial analysis into clear narratives and actionable insights for executive decision-making.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience as a finance business partner supporting headcount management, vendor spend, forecasting, and annual planning.
- Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear narratives and influence executives.

- The FP&A team partners with executive team members to provide timely, fact-based planning support.
- The team supports annual planning, owns the operating plan and long-term financial model, and develops analytical tools.
- The team operates in an all-remote, asynchronous environment valuing clear communication and ownership.
