Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the G&A planning and business partnership for HR, Legal, IT, and Finance functions.
- Drive consolidation, baseline reporting, and coordinate with GTM and P&E FP&A leads.
- Manage system administration for Adaptive Planning to ensure data and process flows.
Data & KPI Management:
- Centralize and manage Business and Data KPIs supporting BOD and external reporting.
- Extract intelligence from SFDC, NetSuite, and other sources using tools like SnowFlake and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with Collections and AP teams to forecast cash and balance sheet long-term modeling.
Stakeholder Partnership:
- Operate as a trusted advisor to senior finance leadership and business partners.
- Translate financial complexity into actionable strategic guidance for non-finance audiences.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
