Campaign Specialist

The Campaign Specialist plays a key role in supporting Retailer and CPG funded Shopper Marketing initiatives with Vestcom accounts utilizing our proprietary shelfAdz® media solution. Their assignment and scope vary based on account opportunities, area of focus, and candidate background. Working autonomously, they exercise independent judgment and discretion with limited supervision, ensuring client business objectives and schedules are met through proactive planning and thorough project management, thus ensuring an exceptional client experience. The incumbent may be the primary point of contact for assigned clients and/or areas of focus and may provide day-to-day client relationship management. They autonomously provide answers and solutions for questions, problems, and requests raised by clients as well as internal partners, establishes, and maintains good relationships with all concerned parties, and may identify process improvement opportunities for Vestcom with all groups and departments within the scope of responsibility.
