Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, German-speaking, experienced operator to install, configure, and support the operation of applications and systems running on the Linux-based operating systems of a German multinational logistics company. The applications include CWMS (code word management system), MoVe (modular version management of production data service), and ISBZ (mail delivery information system). Tasks include application management, incident, problem, change, and configuration management. The role involves system monitoring, ITIL-based ticket and documentation management, complex problem solving, participation in project meetings, change management support, and testing of new functions and bug fixes.
